Bun (blh buat roti sosej n blh buat roti berinti)(haslina kek)

Roti bun manis Taiwanese
Bhn2
500gm tpg high protein
10gm yis
2gm bread improver
75gm gula
8gm garam halus
30gm susu tpg
2biji kuning telur
60gm butter ptng dadu
225gm air ais
75gm whipping cream anchor
Cara
Campur smua bhn dlm mixer putar smpai elastic....dlm 15-20mnt
Kluakan....terus bentukkan mngikut kreativi msing2...
Rehatkan doh..1-2jam
Sebelum Bakar milkwash dulu yer secara pelan2 takut doh sentap.....n tabur laaa ape2 pun atas roti/bun...selamat mncuba
Milkwasg= 10gm susu tpg + 25gm air sham kacau rata..
